Jiaomei Development Area
lies to the east of Tangchang Road and the west is the Cangcao Road, the
south is to the north part of Jiulong River and the north is the National
Road 324. The General Planned for construction is 10 sq. km. The first phase
plans about 1.04 sq. km has already been done. The second phase about 4
sq. km are now operating. The industrial structure of the Area is as the
General Plans, none pollution or low pollution.
The goal of plan: Build
a multifunctional comprehensive zone with industries, high-technical products,
residence and the public service.
Plans for functional zone:
Divide into Independent Zone and Mixed Zone. The Independent Zone has got
a piece of land for living with a market, hospital, middle school, primary
school, business serve, park and administration unit. The Mixed Zone is
planned in the land of comprehensive structure. There are also living quarters
for single staff and workers.
Plans for basic facilities:
It will build a set of complete functional basic facilities and serving
facilities with road, land, water, power, gas and communication.
Water: Come from the Industrial
Park waterworks with a daily supply of 20,000 tons.
Power: Power supplied by
the East of China electrified wire netting. The power capacity reaches 360,000
KVA.
Gas: Gas piping is being
developed.
Polluted-water: The polluted-water
can be treated in the works, 20,000 tons daily.
Water drain: The water deposing
uses the rain and sewage double system.
Communication: We've got
telecommunication bureau with 5000 program-controlled telephone exchanges.
Public facilities: The public
and business facilities have been set up such as the Post Office, the Telecommunication
bureau, hospital clinic, fire brigade, the Station of the general sanitation
and some entertainment facilities.
